🌿 What’s your return policy?
We do not accept any returns unless the product received is damaged (during transit) or incorrect per your order. We apologise in advance for these errors, and we hope you give us a second chance!
This return policy is in accordance with the global cosmetics retail industry standards. For hygiene purposes and for the safety of our customers, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges of our products that appear to be opened, tried, swatched or used.
- We only process returns and exchanges for products bought on our website.
- Gift cards, trial packs, samples and cross brand promotional material are all final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
🌿 How do I place a return?
All returns or exchanges must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order. A reminder that we only accept returns for products that are damaged (in transit) or are incorrect per your order.
Here’s a step by step returns guide:
- Write to us at email@example.com or via our whatsApp business chat on 7506907347 with your order number (beginning with SH-), details of your request and photos or videos of the product (as it’ll help fast track the entire process!)
- Our team will take 1-2 business days to review your request, and coordinate with your via email to arrange a pickup in about 48 hours.
- Reversals take time and the products take about 7-10 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, the returned products will be thoroughly inspected by our team for eligibility.
- Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued.
- If the product is not eligible, we will send the product back to you.
🌿 How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have initiated a refund, it usually takes all payment gateways about 5-7 business days to fulfil the refund from their side.
🌿 How can I cancel an order?
Just drop us a whatsapp on 7506907347 as soon as possible (ideally within 2-3 hours of placing the order) with your order number, with reasons for the cancellation. Once we cancel your order, you will be immediately notified via email.
Orders that are already dispatched cannot be cancelled :(
🌿 When can I expect to receive my Ruby’s Organics order?
For all orders placed on rubysorganics.in, we offer standard shipping timelines in India. We take up to 2-3 business days to process and dispatch your order - you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number from our courier partner, iThink Logistics, as soon as your order ships.
As we’re a Mumbai based company, deliveries in Maharashtra usually take 2-3 business days, while deliveries outside Maharashtra tend to take about 5-7 business days, once dispatched from our warehouse.
Please note that remote areas of India might take a bit longer - maybe 10 business days.
🌿 Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping across India on our website. But we'd be happy to fulfil your order via Instagram DMs, whatsapp (7506907347) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Please note that an additional shipping charge will be levied, based on the delivery destination. Additionally there will also be customs duty and taxes levied, per the country policy.
