CANCELLATION POLICY: INTERNATIONAL STORE


If you wish to cancel your order, you must reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order. Get in touch with us on

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: INTERNATIONAL STORE

 

For all international orders, we do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged. 

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number and an image and description of the issue within 48 hours of delivery of package. The damaged product will be checked for quality control purposes. Once okayed by our team, our team will be happy to offer a full refund. 

Any issues with the product reported after 48 hours will not be considered for replacement as the product has been out of our warehouse for a considerable amount of time and in conditions beyond our control. 

We do not offer any exchange or return on discounted & sale items.
