Shipping policy

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

WE SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES, CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM, SINGAPORE, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, BAHRAIN, KUWAIT, OMAN, QATAR, SAUDI ARABIA, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, MALAYSIA AND HONG KONG.

For all orders placed on rubysorganics.store, we take up to 2-3 business days to process and dispatch your order. Once your order is dispatched you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number. 

All deliveries will take 5-7 business days once dispatched.  Please note that remote areas might take a bit longer - maybe 10 business days.

Duties & Taxes:

Please note that all orders placed on rubysorganics.store option DO NOT INCLUDE any customs charges, duties or taxes. You may have to pay separate duties and taxes to your local customs or directly to the courier.

All items entering the country may be subject to customs’ inspection as well as duties and taxes, in accordance with local regulations. Any additional duties and taxes will be determined by local customs.

Please note that an additional shipping charge will be levied, based on the delivery destination. Additionally there will also be customs duty and taxes levied, per the country policy.
